I consider myself a life-long learner and professional educator. I have worked in higher education for over two decades; I have also taught courses in an adolescent girls' group home, a men's state penitentiary, and local libraries. I obtained my doctorate degree in English and my masters in poetry. I also have an emphasis in women's studies and embodied health work which is how I started working with mothers and families.
Beyond professional experiences, I believe it is important to emphasize experiential knowledge. My husband, Eric, and I have made our home here in Oklahoma with our lively crew — five kids, three cats, two dogs, and ten chickens. Over the years, we’ve weathered the highs and lows of pregnancy and birth, from joyful arrivals to NICU stays and even heartbreaking losses. I’ve experienced motherhood in many forms — as a biological mom, stepmom, and foster mom — each shaping my heart in unique ways. These days, we’re navigating life with a Type One Diabetes diagnosis and embracing the beautiful chaos of homeschooling, where my love for mothering and teaching truly come together.

I support parents in creating a family culture that feels aligned, joyful, and deeply connected. Through embodied coaching, I help you tune into your values and intuition so you can lead your family with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re seeking a smoother rhythm at home, dreaming of a happy homeschool journey, or desperately needing to find your way out of overwhelm, I’m here to walk alongside you as you shape a life that truly fits your family.
